  • In Paulding County, 41.7% of persons age 25 & over have “Some College-no Degree or Higher”- ranking Paulding 46th among 50 peer counties, and below the Atlanta MSA, United States and Georgia.
  • Paulding County’s per capita income as a % of the United States per capita income began declining in the mid 1980’s. It was around this same time that brainpower was becoming an important indicator of earning power.
